INTRODUCTION TO VALOR VITALISE

Valor Vitalise is a unique over 60s fitness programme!

This programme incorporates light exercises including elements of Martial Arts techniques, designed to be adaptable for most abilities!

Learn how to fall safely and regain a standing position - reducing possible injuries in daily life.

 Valor Vitalise offers the following: -

  • To improve balance.

  • Strengthen confidence.

  • Develop self-defence.

  • Enhance co-ordination.

  • Improve posture and mobility.

  • Keep fit.
